She is a very popular performer who has sold more than 41 million albums around the world and over 150 million songs. Her birthplace was in Barbados and had a childhood filled in the reggae scene. When she began singing, she was a professional singer. She was disturbed by the mess in her family, and by the frequent conflict with her father. She decided to become a music lover. As a teenager she joined a rock band. Evan Rodgers auditioned her and was awestruck. His request was that she relocate into New York and pursue a professional singing career. Rihanna happily accepted. Her debut album was soon out and Rihanna became a hit with the public within a short time.
